It's our passion to offer resources that encourage kiddos to explore their wildest dreams, and our purpose to offer a space where Parents, Carektakers, Aunties, Uncles, Nanas, Poppis, Cousins, Friends, Neighbors, Teachers, and all Influential Adults and Lovegivers can take a moment to breathe and relish in awe of their little ones.

It's not only important to dream, but to act on those dreams. While that sounds easy, taking action on our dreams requires confidence, self-esteem, the ability to regulate our emotions, social + emotional skills, and quite a bit of bravery! We believe that you can be all the things you want to be, even if those things contradict one another.
We believe that our kids grow up too fast and that there is no way to stop it, but that if we can jam pack as many core memories filled with love and encouragement into their lives as possible, they might just grow up realizing that they can achieve anything that their hearts desire.

Hi, I'm Gabrielle
Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to explore. The road to creating Wonder & Whoa has been a winding one that I only recently realized has truly been 40 years in the making.
Originally from Kansas City, I have been fortunate enough to live an extraordinary life residing and working in some of the most exciting cities in our country. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Television Production and got the first start in my career working at the network level for HBO Films, Bravo, Syfy, and Oxygen. I then took a hard left turn and practiced my hand at marketing and communications growing some of the most well-known startup and maturing brands across the country (including a few hometown favorites in KC). Fast forward a bit further and I'm married and a proud mama to three kiddos (the cuties that are featured throughout the site)....and that's where things get interesting.
Prior to becoming a parent, I could not have fathomed all the conflicting desires and needs that it would bring to my life. I naturally thought I'd be able to provide attention, love, care, and dedication as a full-time mom, a full-time business owner, a full-time wife, a full-time family member, a full-time friend, and so on (you get the point). I quickly realized that the support I needed to achieve what I wanted personally and professionally lived outside of the traditional box (including a makeshift schedule with 5-10 different monthly memberships that allowed me to spend time with my kids creating meaningful memories).
I've been incredibly blessed to piecemeal resources through the years that allow me and my family to get close to the lifestyle we desire, but I have never been able to shake the idea that there should be a place where we could bring our kids to immerse them in all the silly, wiggly, giggly, fun things that kids do, while also teaching them invaluable skills that develops their social emotional tools, grit, instills confidence, and explores cultures potentially different than our own, and allows the adult in their life to indulge in active participation or take a much needed breather (without having to predetermine that ahead of time). So, I bring you Wonder & Whoa - a place that allows you to indulge in all the conflicting desires that parenthood and caretaking bring.
What started as a desire to create a well-rounded active week with my little ones (while running a business of my own), turned into a passion to saturate their wildest dreams with love, teach them how to confidently pursue any possibility, and equip them with the internal strength to overcome any challenge...and I can't wait to share the experience with you and your kiddos!
