In Japanese culture, tea and tea ceremonies, known as chadō or "the way of tea," are deeply significant, representing harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility while serving as a spiritual practice and social ritual that fosters mindfulness and appreciation for the present moment. Join us as we learn more about different styles of tea and the rituals that make up a tea ceremony.
*Designed for kids ages 3 yrs old - 12 yrs old
*Caregiver of preschool age kids should plan to stay and participate, or relax in our lounge. *Caregivers of school age kids are welcome to drop off, stay and participate, or stay and relax.
*Registration closes Monday at 10pm CST.
